We are very much focused on delivering a seminar which is focused on you achieving  “what next “ and “when “ in your career. Our plan for the day is to provide a variety of tools and frameworks which give clarity and insight on how to get on the right career track and build the motivation to achieve those goals. We take time to listen and understand exactly the context in which each participant operates best to focus the coaching on options and goals and how to achieve them.  The afternoon is dedicated to developing an action plan tailored to each individual and his / her own particular professional discipline, career path and business sector. We also offer follow up after our session to ensure that you are on track to reaching your goals as swift execution of your plan is a critical success factor in achieving your plan.
