Simon Jones and Sarah Dudney are recognised coaches and career transition experts. They would like to invite you to a one day seminar which will deliver insight and clarity into what motivates you at work and which career track potentially might motivate you even more in the future. Simon has successfully worked across a number of business sectors at a senior level, including telecommunications and technology. He leads a number of businesses and is chairman of Campbell Black, the search firm. Sarah coaches City and finance professionals, lawyers and accountants in career transition and has a track record of 11 years in executive search and recruitment.
We seek 10 participants to join us on 29th June in order to complete a motivational mapping tool, a widely recognised method which will inform you on your preferences in work. Taking that insight on board we will then coach each individual as to how to get into the optimal position at work, wherever that is. Each of our participants will complete the day with a clear plan of action and we will then organise follow up to ensure that you have successfully achieved this and are on track to achieve your career goals. This is an ideal opportunity to invest time and energy into your career plan and CV.
We are very much focused on delivering a seminar which is focused on you achieving “what next “ and “when “ in your career.
Our plan for the day is to provide a variety of tried and tested tools and frameworks which give clarity and insight on how to get on the right career track and build the motivation to achieve those goals. We take time to listen and understand exactly the context in which each participant operates best to focus the coaching on options and goals and how to achieve them. The afternoon is dedicated to developing an action plan tailored to each individual and his / her own particular professional discipline, career path and business sector.
We also offer follow up after our session to ensure that you are on track to reaching your goals as swift execution of your plan is a critical success factor.
Your investment for this day of expertise is £380 ex VAT which also includes an half hour follow up session to ensure you are en route to achieving your career goals.
